How do I activate my account after paying via UPI?

After paying, go to the pricing page and submit your UPI Transaction ID (UTR). Activation is done manually — usually within a few hours on Mon–Sat business days.

Is my Strava data safe?

Yes. VeloBoard uses Strava's official OAuth — we never see your Strava password. Activity data is fetched live and never stored on our servers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Since there is no auto-debit, simply don't renew when your subscription ends. To deactivate immediately, contact us via WhatsApp or email.

I forgot my password. What to do?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. You'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes.

My Strava data is not showing. What to do?

Go to Profile → Disconnect Strava, then reconnect. If the problem persists, contact us on WhatsApp with your registered email.
