Terms of Service
1. Service
VeloBoard is a cycling analytics dashboard operated by Vinu Narayanan, Palakkad, Kerala, India at velo.winvish.com. It integrates with Strava's API to display your cycling data.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, hold a valid Strava account, and provide accurate registration information.
3. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial from registration date. No payment required. One trial per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse the trial is a violation.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Monthly: ₹50/month | Yearly: ₹500/year
- Payment via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, BHIM, etc.) — submit UTR number for manual verification
- Activation within a few hours on business days (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm IST)
- No auto-debit — renewal requires a new manual payment
- No refunds once subscription has started, except for technical failures preventing access for 72+ consecutive hours
5. Strava Integration
By connecting Strava you grant VeloBoard read-only access to your activities. VeloBoard is not affiliated with Strava, Inc. You may revoke access anytime via Strava Settings → My Apps.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not: share account credentials, reverse-engineer VeloBoard, create multiple accounts to abuse the trial, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.
7. Intellectual Property
All VeloBoard code, design, and content is owned by Vinu Narayanan. Your cycling data remains yours and is governed by Strava's terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
VeloBoard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data due to Strava API changes, or decisions made based on dashboard data. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription period.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palakkad, Kerala, India.
